"I told the owner I was going to review this property because I thought it was really good for the price and most people would not stay because it looks really rough. It had all the stuff I wanted, close to the train a grocery store and a great price. When I arrived I had a hard time meeting up with the owner because they had gone to the train station t meet me and I walked past. At the apartment building it was hard to tell where I was supposed to be but a friendly barber who works out front...

"Very nice apartment and very good location, but above all else, the communication was a good as it gets. They were also very accomodating when I requested to adjust the check-in time and also to use the luggage storage after I checked out. Highly recommend!"

"We had a simply amazing time with you in every way! The service of all the hotel employees was charming, kind, nice, helped with everything we needed, the hotel room was sweet, clean with a crazy view, the breakfast was delicious, clean and starting the morning with a meal and such a crazy view while eating, it's the most relaxing thing there is. "Definitely worth it if you don’t like being right in city center or like taking a bit of a stroll. I really enjoyed walking along the lake to downtown. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really great. As frequent hotel guest, I’m not asking for perfection, I need the hotel to be attentive as life happens. The hotel was able to fix issues without interrupting my trip which I appreciate. "

Everything about the hotel is top quality

"The hotel was situated in the heart of como around 10 minutes walk from the lake. The reception was extremely professional, quick and efficient. The room was very clean and the bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was top quality with professional staff doing the catering and making coffee. All the hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable "

"The airport bus drops you right at the door of the hotel, the funicular to the old town is an easy five minute walk and the hotel is well-placed between the old and new town. Breakfast was lovely, there is a restaurant on the roof, it is pricey but the views are really fantastic and the food was delicious. The hotel is also a fifteen minute from Atalanta's stadium. "
