"Conveniently close to Stanford Hospital, excellent restaurants and shopping. Clean house, beautifully decorated. The bedrooms have desks and bathrooms are a good size. A lovely family room and great kitchen. Parking is available, but very compact and narrow. We found it more convenient to park on the street in front of the house, it’s free parking and we always found a parking space. "

" Thank you for your patience with us who are not air-b professionals for giving us extra instructions on how to us your facility. The only thing was that maybe you could replace/clean some of the stuff in the cupboards with newer cleaner things. Oils were a couple of years old and things seemed unclean. I cleaned the instruction book so hopefully it looked better. "

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at...

"We absolutely loved the place! It was very spacious and located in a great area where you can easily walk to fantastic restaurants and cozy coffee shops. The hosts were amazing—super helpful and kind. The only small challenge was finding the parking lot at first, but once you figure it out, it’s no problem at all."
