"It was amazing. Service was excellent! They upgraded us to a suite! But the suite has not been renovated yet, so it looks a little dated. But still comfortable and it's huuggee!! So no complaints! Perhaps pan Pacific can adopt some eco friendliness measures such as refillable bottles instead of giving out single use plastic bottles. "

"Stay was lovely, front desk very helpful and nice. Room was bigger thani expected. Kitchenette very basic with only 2 of everything, 1 small pot and medium frypan. Chose no cleaning each day which was fine for a few days so cant comment on that. Very close to free buses but also walking distance to all major attractions and train from airport."
