Luxury modern two storey house

The house is well located only a short distance from two cafe strips in Leederville and Mount Hawthorn and scenic lake Monger, a 10 minute walk to Glendalough train station ( City line and north line) and buses ( to Scarborough beach). A modern 224 sqm of floor space , two story house with 2 main bedrooms and two smaller bedrooms all with BIR. The main bedroom is down stairs the rest of the down stairs comprises of a study/single bed, theatre room with TV and a large kitchen open plan living and dining area wih TV area. Also a large bathroom and toilet are next to the main bedroom. This house can accommodate up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and 3 single beds.
A fully equiped laundry with outside drying area . The upstairs comprises of a large main bedroom with queen bed and two single bedrooms . Upstairs toilet and separate bathroom. Covered outside patio area with outdoor table and chairs. Two car garage with remote door.

Happy Stay
We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Very nice house - nice and big to accommodate us all. Good location in quiet neighborhood. Dan was helpful with getting us checked in and my many questions to him. Would be happy to stay here again.
