"Of the 4 rentals during our Italian adventure - this property had too many requirements, for example, even though paying a cleaning fee - we had to clean the apartment, take out trash daily and had trouble with the showers not working. "Giuseppe is a wonderful man, who, with his wife and son do a wonderful job of managing the property. It is about a two minute walk to the sea, and located conveniently for market, bus, and trains. "This is a beautiful property, but you do need to be able to walk up steep roads. It was so clean and it had everything you would need. The bathroom was really nicely done with lovely tile. The best part was the deck out front overlooking the water. An interesting old building."

"For the most part the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The apartment has plenty of storage. The entire building is under construction and lots of dirt from the outside gets inside. The noise from the construction starting at 7-8 am on most days was very disturbing. There were days that jack hammers were used right outside the door. "If you want an Italian experience then this is the place. The beautiful period property was perfect for us, comfortable, well air conditioned, extremely spacious and very clean.
