Enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the golfers, remembering my golfing days. Loved waking up every morning to the sounds of the birds. "This townhome was perfect for the three of us. The view was really cool because the main floor is well above the lake. The trees didn’t have leaves yet so we could see more of the lake and sunrise. Cute home and super clean! We cooked almost every meal- the kitchen was very easy to use. Our son enjoyed fishing and nearby trails. "

"Having visited HSV twi,ce before, we wanted to see our family's reaction to the possibility of us moving there from TX. As a family, we hiked some of the trails. played pickleball, viewed the rest of the amenities, shopped locally and loved the sunsets over the hills and trees. This house provided us with everything we needed and worked out perfectly. Just disappointed that we couldn't have a fire in the fire pit while there. Thanks for the memories and next step for us is to rent a house...

"We had a very small(11 people) short wedding reception. The house was beautifully decorated, and was perfect for what we needed. Michaela communicated well. I will say VRBO may need to revamp their payment system a little. I got so many duplicate emails from them, some saying they had not received payment When it had already been paid and confirmed, so not sure what was happening with that. "

"We had pleasant stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. The only issue we had was the ice maker and bbq grill igniter would no work and we had no way to lite it. Sadly the the property manager was aware of the problem but failed to provide matches or lighter. Once again Evolve dropped the ball and we had go buy a bag of ice and a lighter. "
