"Justin was a kind, friendly and helpful check-in guy. So was Ryan. The girl with braids we checked out with was a bit curt. Breakfast staff was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman that held up the lid so I could help myself to the scrambled eggs and the guy who brought me turkey sausage--cheers for your kindness. Maintenance guy was very polite as well. Place was clean and overall a great experience. Pool was warm which stinks because it's the one time I didn't have time to swim!...

"In Pittsburgh downtown, right next to the river. The only tricky part is about the parking. You need to arrive on Grant -> Fort Pitt Blvd instead of following GPS which is very confusing. I did valet parking and they are very fast: 5 minutes waiting tops. Everything is within walking distance. They say Pittsburgh has very good public transportation system. Next time I am going to try. Also, the drive to Niagara Falls is doable for an one-day trip if weather is good. "

"The hotel front desk Geraldine were welcoming pleasant efficient and knowledgeable, our room was perfect quiet So clean and liked having the keurig in the room. "this was one of the best places we have stayed, it's connected to the Rivers Casino. Valet parking and a delicious breakfast buffet was included in the stay. Hot breakfast foods, cold breakfast foods, coffee, tea, and juices were all enjoyed outdoors in the courtyard with a river view. We will most defiantly stay here again. 10/10"
