"Tutto perfetto"

"We liked the location and the fact it was quiet.The bed was comfortable. Kitchen adequate but would have liked electric kettle. It was wet weather and we had no control over heating as it was put on remotely and only occasionally during our weeks stay. We appreciated the clean towels and linen everyday. A welcome pack was not included ie info on nearest shop. So more difficult when travelling without a car. Lucca is a wonderful city and a few little touches would have made us feel more welcome...

"Good value for one night and 10min walk to the centre. The parking is street parking which was fine the area felt quite safe. The room was spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The walls although are very thin so you can hear people in the next rooms and upstairs. Plumbing is very noisy. We were kept up and woken up quite early because of noise. Otherwise good stay!"

"Very easy to locate with good parking close to beautiful city of Lucca . Easy walk into city walls , good pizza take away or sit in around corner and supermarkets locally if you don't want to eat out always . Very helpful friendly owners . Fridge and Microwave in room would be helpful if plates and cutlery and wine glasses were provided . Very clean toilet facilities . Overall well worth staying."

"Luca is the owner of this boutique hotel and is a perfect host! He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and helped us with tourist information as needed. Breakfast was full of everything you can imagine. I loved that the hotel is just beyond the walled area, so as you walk home at night after dinner, you experience the lights that surround the walls. I will definitely return here and send my friends. "

"Beware - I booked through Expedia but will not do that again as when couldn’t get a flight in time for the first day, and I tried to change the booking to arrive the second day of my week long stay, it cancelled the whole booking and re-booked at a much higher rate.
