"We liked the location and the fact it was quiet.The bed was comfortable. Kitchen adequate but would have liked electric kettle. It was wet weather and we had no control over heating as it was put on remotely and only occasionally during our weeks stay. We appreciated the clean towels and linen everyday. A welcome pack was not included ie info on nearest shop. So more difficult when travelling without a car. Lucca is a wonderful city and a few little touches would have made us feel more welcome...

"Good value for one night and 10min walk to the centre. The parking is street parking which was fine the area felt quite safe. The room was spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The walls although are very thin so you can hear people in the next rooms and upstairs. Plumbing is very noisy. We were kept up and woken up quite early because of noise. Otherwise good stay!"

"Beware - I booked through Expedia but will not do that again as when couldn’t get a flight in time for the first day, and I tried to change the booking to arrive the second day of my week long stay, it cancelled the whole booking and re-booked at a much higher rate. "Struttura ben curata, pulita e comoda per la sua posizione. Genny estremamente gentile, fa veramente bene il suo lavoro. Ci ha fornito una serie di indicazioni su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Lungomare a 10 min a piedi. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Consigliato!"

"The room was spacious and lovely and just a very short walk from the walled city. Perfect for our needs and the cafe a few doors away where breakfast is provided is really nice also. Luccia was welcoming and very helpful. Would heartily recommend. "
