"We celebrated my husband’s 70th Birthday on 12/29 and also brought in the New Year at the Beau Rivage. We were conveniently located to all of our needs. The only issue were the TV’s. Being we were a little more seasoned group, we were not comfortable with the streaming and Roku TV. We found ourselves out more than we wanted to be out to watch all the bowl games. I still rate it as an excellent get away for the occasion."

"Family members gathered from Alabama to Texas, and my immediate family was lucky enough to find the 315 Main Street condos. It was within walking distance of other relatives, shops, and restaurants. The property was very clean and attractive. Our daughter and granddaughter stayed in the first bedroom and asked me to report that the screws were stripped in the headboard. It would have been helpful to have a list if things we would need, like dish towels and wash cloths as well as hot pads etc....

"The property is located conveniently to the Convention Center where we were in town for a dance convention. Made coming and going super simple. The beach was a minute drive away and close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and extremely well kept and when we had questions about the WiFi they were answered quickly. The only downfall was being close to the railroad tracks- which I think is unavoidable when you want the location we needed! I would stay there again but just pack extra...

"Cleanest property we've ever stayed in. Older building, but condo very room with large rooms. So many amenities provided. Perfect location for us. Major problem with water. Terrible odor in the water. Use bottle water only. Smelly shower water. Living room furniture very worn and needs replacing. BUT we would stay here again, because the positive items override the negative two items listed."
