"We love the Bernini Palace. This was our second stay there and will always consider it our place to stay when in Florence. We love the old world charm, the attentiveness of the staff and the location in the city. Also, the breakfast is wonderful! The rooms are well appointed and include a turn down service every evening. The only improvement to our room would be a larger night stand to accommodate phones, chargers, eyeglasses, etc. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio and 5 minutes to the Duomo, and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, sandwich shops and shopping . After a busy day of shopping and sightseeing, we found it very relaxing to return to the hotel and have a relaxing cup of tea or wine in the lobby before bed. Florence is a busy place, but the Bernini is a calm restful spot in the heart of it all. We love to visit Florence and the Bernini Palace makes it even better!"

"The service here is absolutely incredible!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The hotel itself is a former palace and the fresco in the breakfast room is worth the price of admission. There is an excellent restaurant across the street where we enjoyed a Florintine Steak Extravaganza. Get the breakfast- totally a steal. Location also perfect especially if you are arriving by train. Special shoutout to Annika who went above and beyond for us!! "

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station). Apparently the buses were on strike? So no bus for us. But overall a great place to launch into Florence for the few days we were there. We enjoyed our stay! "
