"Hôtel was as expected; bed with three piece bathroom. Good house keeping daily and friendly staff. Not much in the sense of entertainment, but if you’re a tourist and out most of the day it does the job in a good location for easy access to two major Metro lines. "

"Seems a little further away from the Eiffel tower than pictured. Rooms are cozy and we did experience quite a lot of noise from other hotel guests in late hours. Lots of stairs to rooms (a single person elevator will only get you partially there for most rooms). The staff was friendly, and breakfast was very good. The layout of the rooms has a certain charm, but be prepared for narrow stairways to rooms."

"I didnt like is i heard the 402 door when they closed it i have problem sleeping if i heard something it's hard for me to sleep,and the carpet is old need to change, i like all the employees they are very nice i met everyone"

"It is a very conveniently located hotel, yet it is amazingly quiet at night. Walking distance to transportation and shopping. DADA restaurant about two blocks away is excellent at any mealtime. Fresh market nearly every day 1/2 block away. The only issue was that they don't refill toilet paper properly, in a stay of 8 days we had to go down to reception to beg for a roll 4 times. Otherwise, this hotel is a gem."

"We stayed for four days at this location. We loved the neighborhood, there are several restaurants and stores at walking distance. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the hotel staff friendly and willing to help. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Paris on the future."

"The hotel was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, location is great. The breakfast was a nice added bonus. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."

"This is our first time to Paris and our stay at this hotel was so amazing. The front desk was so very very helpful. They walked us to our room and when I got into our room, I wanted a different room that had a balcony. The front desk, man then proceeded to take me to another room with a better Option and we chose that one. He was so helpful and considerate of my needs. His hotel also is very convenient to all little shops and restaurants especially the Eiffel TowerThey had a turn down service...

"We booked this place for a once in a lifetime trip to Paris for the Olympics and having this house as our home base was perfect. The owner, Cedric, was so incredibly helpful, from adding some additional seating to helping us find a place to play tennis, he was always accessible and responsive. The house itself is a gem, 5 well appointed bedrooms with air conditioning, three spacious bathrooms, a great kitchen with beautiful morning sunshine. The indoor pool was a huge hit for our entire family....

"Staying in this house was a fun and unique experience, that helped bring our family together. The house is the cleanest I have ever seen. The inside is modern with features such as automatically closing blinds, we found the owners to be very friendly and responsive. The yard is beautiful with a nice view of the French hill sides and both the grass and flowers are well maintained with a tree line defining the boundary of the yard.
