It smells like there are dead animals rotting specially close to second floor. Stairs and hallways are unsanitary. Having no lift makes it difficult with luggages. The owner, Cedric, was so incredibly helpful, from adding some additional seating to helping us find a place to play tennis, he was always accessible and responsive.
