"Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"Great place @ Crash Boat. The property is great for family, friends or couples. Comfortable, very clean and the location is priceless. We will definitely come back and recommend it to friends. "Owners were humble and extremely friendly, they welcomed us with fruit grown on their property. Every room has it's own AC unit, bathrooms very clean, kitchen comes with all the things you want and need. Smart TV allows you to smart stream from a mobile device. Internet connection was enough to do the things we needed. Close to tons of places for shopping and food. Bakery nearby is awesome. We had a blast, playing pool and swimming in the pool. "The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. "This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home....

"I stayed here for a few days by myself, working for part of the day and surfing nearby waves the rest of the time. Then I spent a full week here with a friend just surfing from this location at several local surf spots. All went well. It was a bit tricky to get our 9 foot longboards up the stairs, but we figured it out. "Nice spot, beach across the street is not swimmable but other beaches are a few minutes' drive. There's a/c in each bedroom. Would have been nice if they had beach towels, and items to take to the beach. Everything else is nice, big area, and comfortable beds."
