Every room has it's own AC unit, bathrooms very clean, kitchen comes with all the things you want and need. Smart TV allows you to smart stream from a mobile device. Internet connection was enough to do the things we needed. Close to tons of places for shopping and food. Bakery nearby is awesome. We had a blast, playing pool and swimming in the pool. "The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. There is a lingering mildew smell in the air, and when you open the kitchen drawers and cabinets the smell is very heavy and you can actually see the fungus growing inside of the...

"This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home....
