"The property is good my only problem was that there’s no elevator and my room was on the third floor and I have problems on my knees would of taken a first floor room if I knew there was no elevator, but other then that is nice "

"My entire family stayed for a week. Myself and my husband, two sons and their families which consisted of 6 teens up to the age of 18. It was amazing and kept us all entertained with swimming and hot tubing and playing pool and basketball and music and great tv. I cannot complain. Many many area activities. Some of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see, and light house, and there is the cave tour. Ski jets and cliff jumping…I could go on forever. We all loved the house. It was like...

"This is a house that is right on the Caribbean Sea. The outdoor area is as beautiful as the pictures describe. There is a swimming beach about 300 feet from the back door. The property owner was very responsive. The location is on the West side of the island 2.5 hours from San Juan. 15 minutes from Rincón, 45 minutes from Gozalandia waterfalls; an hour from Parguera. The home is residential area and seemed very safe. We chose to eat at house and grocery store was less than 10 minutes from home....

"Great location, good proximity to beaches and everything else. Clean and roomy. "

"Proper was nice, clean and roomy. Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"

Cocoloba has a privilege location right at Crash Boat beach.

"Location is fantastic. Host was very accessible. Unit looked like the pictures and was very clean. There was rain and the parking area flooded a bit and it was difficult to access the entry. This is our second stay at Cocoloba and we will be coming back again. "

"The listing was definitely not a lie. The view was absolutely stunning. The condo was very clean if i could have given a higher rating i would. Tamara the property manager was absolutely wonderful she was so kinda and helpful thru out the whole stay. Beach was right there and the water perfect. "The property is good if you are looking for a “glamping” sort of stay. It’s deep in the mountains, 45 minute drive up from the main roads/stores. Upon entering the drive way is a hazardous rock which caused us a flat tire, and several others as we were told by the care takers. The inside of the house is very out dated. There is a lingering mildew smell in the air, and when you open the kitchen drawers and cabinets the smell is very heavy and you can actually see the fungus growing inside of the...

"Resort like feeling. The family enjoyed evening and morning coffee admiring the views. Beautifully maintained property. The host was always available and very accomodating. I look forward to returning in a few months. "
