"We needed a property to close to the airport as we had an early flight. This property was perfect. It's completely air conditioned - essential in July! It's as described and communication was quick and simple. We walked 15 mins to the city center of Spata (briefly a steep uphill walk) and enjoyed a lovely dinner (Ataka) and after dinner coffee/drinks (Etheer) at the park in the center of town. "

"The condo was great - clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Instructions left were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the owner was great! The location is fantastic - restaurants within a few steps, and always felt safe, and close to everything we needed. Would recommend highly!"

"Villa Nefeli was a great stopover in Athens before our next leg of our trip on a cruise. Liliya was so exceptionally helpful with all arrangements and making sure we had everything we needed, including help with all forms of transit. We were sad to leave but look forward to.returning. We also had the please of meating Nefeli, her daughter, who was a pleasure as well. "The property is in the perfect location at the edge of Plaka. Not in the busiest part but close enough and with lots of dining and sightseeing options nearby. The accommodations are old but well kept and there is something neat about feeling like you are actually in Athens and not just a tourist centre. The roof deck was not like the photos but good enough for a peekaboo Acropolis view in the early morning or late evening. Overall we had a wonderful stay!"

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for us. The only 2 things is that we could not really cool off the living area, was very warm and we had multiple incidents with cockroaches in the basement. We informed the owner and he said he would take care of it, and I just wanted to share with others as FYI. Otherwise, everything is great and loved the location. "
