"Let down by cleaner, didn't deliver second set of bedding as promised and still owes us 25 Euros. Property does not have a swimming pool in front of it as per photo. Apart from that property perfectly adequate, nice location and private parking. "

"Before the stay Simone’s communication was 1st class, so we arrived confident we’d chosen well. The villa is well appointed and functional for a family holiday. Pool is clean and plenty big enough for a family. Our 3 children loved it, and we loved the private garden and being able to wake up and enjoy our own dedicated facilities. Kitchen well equipped, nice Dolce coffee machine and white goods to make living easy. The Villa is on a really lovely urbanisation. It’s at the quiet end, close to the back gate, the days and night are peaceful - until our little ones got in the lovely pool! It’s a good 20 minute walk to the resort centre. We’d hired a car for the 2 week stay. As we knew before hand. We also packed the kids scooters. Good to have the Spar and local food places available. Lunch choices are limited, but didn’t Impact us - but worth being aware of. The communal pools looked nice, but we didn’t have need to use. Play parks great and the Wednesday and Friday fiestas/market were great. La Torre is a great location for exploring. The local beach town of Los Alcazares was great and was our go to for a close evening meal, market, big shop etc. We visited La Manga, Cartagena, a full day trip to Valencia and La Zenia/Torrevieja. "

"I have been to the resort previously and first time stayed at Franks apartment. As a host Frank ensures you have a pleasant stay and goes above and beyond to support. I had some issues with dates when booking and he helped with this and also issues around receiving emails. When staying at the apartment everything you would need to enjoy your holiday was available. My sons who stayed with me enjoyed the tennis and the pool was always quiet during our stay. Good instructions and information around local areas of interest and would recommend. If your looking for a lively resort this isn’t the place but if your looking for a relaxing stay and accommodating host then it’s ideal. "

"The property is exactly as described - great location with a balcony overlooking a pool. It’s a short walk to the on-site shop and restaurant. There is an additional pool across the road which has a baby pool for those with younger children. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed with both bedrooms having air-con. The customer service provided by Resort Hosts was excellent. They provide an app which has all of the information needed and allowed us to have an early check-in when we arrived. Would highly recommend!"
