"The hotel is marked as a 4* which it isn't but it is a fantastic 3* Would definitely recommend it for anyone but particularly young families. We went as a family (our daughter and husband and our 1 year old granddaughter) The vast majority of staff were 10/10. There was the odd one or two bad apples but they were drowned out by the good. "The place was very spacious, quiet and near an amazing grocery store. They only had one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no paper towels so we had to run out for supplies. There is pretty much no communication here but we figured if all out. Beds are VERY firm. "
