"Great place to stay in a pinch. Off the beaten path, with limited food, grocery, shopping options within a mile walk. Due to my own ignorance, I don't speak any Greek, and the proprietor doesn't speak much English at all, which makes things difficult as you have to call to be let in upon arrival. "When I first got here on the bus it started out a little confusing where exactly this place was. But was I found found the place the check in was easy to do. But the property manager Alexander was an excellent help during my stay. This resort was very quaint and excellent for couples who is visiting the area."

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. "The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. "The property was in a perfect area and had everything I needed. The only real problem was the communication was not the best. I got there on Thursday evening and there were 4 people already in my apartment. I ended up staying in the room they were supposed to stay in and they left on Tuesday. "A nice pleasant stay. Brilliant location right in the middle of central Nicosia. Place was a bit confusing to find from the road but after asking a passer by I found it ok. It’s inside the American College building 4th floor. Room itself was of good quality and find up to a fairly high standard. Bedding was really good and it had a big bathroom with a generous size shower too. Ideal for city break and close to amenities. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We have stayed here a few times before. This stay we had a large 2 bedroom full kitchen and lounge room with a sea view balcony. Great position overlooking Finnikoudes beach. The hotel is in a great location close to shops and dining with an airport bus in front. The hotel needs updating."

"We stayed in the double room with sea view and it was the best choice. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and had choices for my husband that is vegan. We arrived earlier for the check in and the hotel offered us breakfast while we waited for our room. The drinks at the lobby are amazing. "
