"We were very impressed with the Lion Hotel in Criccieth. It is in a great position with plenty of parking. It is a traditional character hotel, clean, well maintained and decorated with lovely staff. It was also great value, would recommend as a base to explore the beautiful Llyn Peninsula."

"The house is even better than it looks in the photos, and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything needed and we were able to rustle up some home cooked meals on the rare days we did not visit the excellent restaurants in Criccieth. The location really is perfect, with so much in the immediate area to do, just allow a little more time to do journeys to account for the slower average traffic speeds on the roads :) it was great having the owner near by, and she was able to help with local attractions and advice. Would love to stay here again."
