The property is well located for a visit to Abersoch and surrounding area being close to both beaches and shops, restaurants etc. The house itself is spacious and very clean and the kitchen has everything one would need for self-catering. "

"This was our 3rd stay at the property, we wanted to suprise the kids by having a Christmas with our extended family. The house was perfect as usual, it was fully decoratedfor Christmas and included a Christmas tree, the little ones thought it was magical and could believe Santa knew where we were. House was clean and fully equipped with all the utensils and bits and bobs you would possibly need to make a big family dinner and have a comfortable stay, making it easy to spend time together as a group and also have a little alone time when needed. We went on lots of little walks around the town, the weather was misty but that didn't stop some of our party going in to the sea for a swim and wandering around taking in the views. We loved our special Christmas trip this year as we normally do an early year visit to the house and the kids were very sad when we didn't go earlier in the year. We love coming to this house, it's warm and cosy and comfortable, everything you need and in a perfect location, "

"Wow Wow Wow! I never leave reviews but on this occasion I am making an exception. Greenland’s on the tip of the Llŷn peninsula is a fantastic location, only a short drive south of Abersoch. At first we were a bit nervous as the house had had no reviews, but after I got in contact with the host Sebastian he explained that it had only recently been put up for rental. What an amazing location, the scenery is EPIC! We never got tired of it. From the sea views and the Porth Neigwl (Hells Mouth) Beach to the mountains of Snowdonia in the distance. The beach is only a short walk from the House. The entire house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and, despite the changeable October weather, always toasty warm. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with a double oven, large fridge/freezer and hob so you could easily spend a few weeks here. The lounge / living room was extremely comfortable with three large sofas, a large tv and a log burner, it was super cosy. The large boot room/lean-to at the entrance of the house was really handy for all the coats, boots and salty sea dogs". I couldn’t recommend this house more, we will for sure visit again. "

"A large party of 8 adults and one child under two. A beautiful cottage with large garden, hot tub and well located for Abersoch. The hot water tap worked very well. Contact the caretaker twice, first could not great strap of hot tub and second to report leak under sink unit. Replied straight away. Think a stair gate should be made available. A beautiful relaxing stay. Thank you"
