"We really enjoyed our stay, from booking to checkout the staff were attentive and helpful. I phoned to request a walk in shower for my elderly nan in 1 room and they sorted it straight away, also making sure we were in rooms next to each other. The bar was lovely, breakfast even better and the rooms had everything you could ask for, nothing had been left out with a lovely view on top. It was walkable to everything and we had a lovely stay. Only tiny downside is no parking, but that's what old character towns are like, and it was easy enough finding something just down the road. Would definitely stay again if ever returning to Llandudno! You won't regret booking here. Thank you!"

"Very easy check in, polite and friendly welcome, clean and warm rooms, parking easy outside, nice bar area and dinner in the restaurant was quick and tasty. Breakfast was excellent and all in all it was a good experience."
