"We booked in to stay while attending an event nearby, and the location was perfect to get to and from it easily. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive and good-humoured, which made us feel really welcomed. It was an easy check-in, helped by the fact that you can do some of it online. The place was a bit of a maze of corridors when you went up to find your room, which took a bit of getting used to when it came to navigating. The room was fantastic and had everything you need, tea, coffee, shower & my room also had a bath.Plenty of parking directly outside your room. We were, attending a wedding at Leez Priory which as 5 mins away. Local Chelmsford cabs serve the Leez so transport back was very easy. "

The down side was there was no hot water for a shower either in the morning or evening.
