It's all about the location! This comfortable, spacious townhome is the perfect home base for all your Pensacola adventures. Enjoy the many activities close by: Pensacola Beach (10 miles), Perdido Beach & Johnson's Beach (15 miles), boat charters and fishing, fine dining and pubs, museums, Blue Angel air shows, festivals, Wahoo baseball etc. Or spend the day relaxing at the beautiful pool. Book now to enjoy all the amenities and comforts this home offers.

This stylish modern retreat offers all the comforts of home. The open floor plan allows everyone to be part of the fun. The well stocked kitchen provides all the amenities needed for those that want to prepare their own meals. Three comfortable bedrooms have all you need for a relaxing nights sleep. The screened in patio provides a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax in the evening.

Each bedroom has it's own TV. All TVs are smart TVs; guests must log into their own streaming services for TV viewing. TVs are set up in "guest mode" which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Guest have access to the townhouse community pool. Pool hours are sun up to sundown and should be strictly adhered to. Please note: there is no life guard on duty.

Our hope is that you have a wonderful stay at our home while in Pensacola. We are accessible by text messaging, email and phone whenever you need us.

Our townhouse is in historic downtown Pensacola and just a few blocks from the heart of downtown. There is parking in the driveway for one vehicle. All other vehicles will need to be parked on the street.

While there are many restaurants within walking distance, having a access to a car will help you maximize your Pensacola adventures.

We have a luxury twin EZ self inflating airbed available for our 7th guest when needed. It is stored in the master bedroom closet along with bedding for the bed.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)
- No pets; no exceptions
- No parties
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- Guest are not allowed to sleep on the couch.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you make a mess, please clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Etc. etc.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.

Home away from home
This was a lovely place. It has such a homey feel, with hotel vibes. It was also very kid friendly; I have 5 and it was extremely accommodating. It was also close to some very nice restaurants, and about 15 mins from the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again should the opportunity present itself.

This property was lovely with an updated modern look. Everything was very clean and organized for efficiency. This townhome was close to all the events we were attending in the downtown area and a convenient drive from the airport. The pool was a bonus for my grandkids to use when they visited.

We three senior ladies booked Kim and Aaron’s townhouse for 4 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The decor was fresh and modern; everything was clean and neat. We had everything we needed and then some! This host was very responsive and helpful; we felt very welcome and comfortable. We will definitely stay again. The location is perfect!

This property easily fit our family of 5. The area is decent and you have a pool for just community members. You are only 10-15 minutes away from everything you need. Very clean and stocked with everything you need! Property manager is also very accommodating.

Our family travels a great deal every year and we are always looking for new places to go. This property was fantastic. I always rent with Premier Hosts and for good reason. The property was very clean and well stocked. It had a great floor plan. And it had some of the extras (& extra toiletries) you might not find at other properties, which I absolutely loved. This definitely set them above the rest of the places that we have rented from over the various years. The host was great to work with and VERY responsive. I would highly recommend this property and will certainly add it to my future stays when I'm back in the area. Keeping my fingers crossed that it will be available, when I return to the area.

Great experience
Cleanliness is a huge factor in my comfort and satisfaction with my stay and this place was pristine! Beautiful interior and well furnished. The owners go above and beyond with their amenities and all the "extras" that make you feel truly at home. The location is great and the neighbors are all friendly. It's a short walk to the fantastic pool. We enjoyed pushing the baby around the walking track in the evenings. There was slight difficulty with the keyless entry. Notified the owner and she was prompt to respond and rectify the issue. I absolutely would stay here again. It was a pleasure.

Very clean and central to things to do
The property was very clean - our major hick-up was the lock wasnt working when we got there due to low battery. It ended up letting us in after fooling with it for 10-15 mins. The host did get back to us about this and gave us the location of the backup key after we got in the property. Also, before we came, I had emailed the hose a few questions and never heard back so communication could have been better. Also, right before our stay we got a notice that the home is monitored by sound detectors (if it was mentioned in the listing we did not notice it then) - I understand this is in a very residential area so I am sure its required but we felt slightly uncomfortable by it.

Wonderful Stay
We stayed here for a girls trip and had the best time. The accommodations were perfect for us. We used the pool and really enjoyed coming back to the condo after a day of adventure and exploring. Very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and everything was in excellent condition. Kim was great to work with. We would book again if in the area.
