They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. "I had the pleasure of spending the Christmas holidays at Black Bear Chateu in Colorado Springs. The home was beautiful and my host, Mary Louise, had decorated my home with Christmas lights and decorations which made me feel right at home. The property has everything you could ask for including bedroom, kitchen, televisions in the living room and bedroom and deer and turkeys that visited every morning. There are also many games and books plus a foosball table to keep the youngsters entertained. ...

"My wife and I loved our stay. We have been in many VRBO’s and this was the most well thought out place we’ve stayed. It was wonderful to have so many different outdoor spaces to relax and when it started snowing, it was nice to sit in front of the floor to ceiling windows, drink coffee, and watch the snow come down. The home is very well equipped and it is located near everything v. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would certainly stay here again."
