"We have stayed here many times and it’s always to our liking. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff on check in were friendly. We only have one little complaint - when booking online I chose the option to pay on arrival at the hotel, but 24 hours before our booking, the hotel took the money off my card. "Check in was swift and pleasant. We were shown to the suite (family suite) and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely thick quality duvet and pillows. Tea and coffee available also. Towels were plenty and again good quality. We ate in the bar and the staff were great. Apologies for the names (both lads) Food was lovely. Very enjoyable spur of the moment stay. I would return in a heartbeat."

"Good acomodation booked in with the new property owner Kurt, we were the second transaction made on his hotel account, chap by the bar beat us to no 1 position by a matter of minutes, Kurt had recently bought the Castle Hotel friday the 1st of September was his first day so basically hit the road running!
