Proper and functioning sanitation, a great location to visit Etretat, Ouistreham, Normandy beaches or Rouen, drive along the Seine or just relax at the property's park. "Very clean and modern building. Room had excellent facilities including fridge, microwave, hob, sink and kettle. Spacious and comfortable room. Opposite a small shopping area with a few restaurants which were family-friendly. Bit noisy at night with cars and people coming home from nights out (we stayed on a Saturday night). "
