The gradual beach allows easy access into the crystal waters of Seneca Lake along with the ability for little ones to splash in the shallow waters. This is also where you will find a firepit for evening fires and Smores. The 60 ft permanent dock is ideal for casting your fishing pole and features an electric boat lift with a 2500 lb capacity.

This home is perfectly situated a short drive from some of the most iconic destinations, trendy dining options, and a plethora of award-winning wineries. Travel South to hike the popular Watkins Glen Gorge where you can hike over, alongside and even under waterfalls.
