Well maintained cottage nestled in wooded lot by babbling brook. Very private property easily accessible to Seneca and Keuka wine trails and micro breweries. 2 minutes to the Windmill Farm and Craft Market - one of top ten in the US. Comfortably sleeps up to 8, with plenty of room to socialize. All new beds, furnishings, and hot tub - along with a fire pit, outdoor grill and picnic table. Especially well suited to groups. Limo service to wineries, in-cottage massages, bike and boat rentals available. The Outlet hiking/biking trail is 10 minutes away. Central location to all nearby small towns. 7 minutes to 24-hour supermarket, movie theater, shops, golf, restaurants, gas, horseback riding, and the best lake access park in the Finger Lakes. The cottage is meticulously maintained and pet friendly, and serves as either the perfect romantic honeymoon getaway or family lake vacation. We are the highest rated accommodation in this area every year.
In cottage massages, private wine tours, kayak and canoe rentals, motor boats, horseback riding, bike rentals, yoga are all available for the asking, and at various costs. Please contact us for any details.

Memorial Day Weekend
Great location, cute place, had everything we needed, plenty of room for 5 adult guests. Martha was quick to respond to all of my questions, Seamless check-in was appreciated given we were only there for a weekend. I will try to get back for a fall wine trip!

My siblings and I stayed at this property over Memorial Weekend. It was lovely, larger than expected from the photos and the perfect location between the 2 lakes. It was great we got to bring our family pets too. The hot tub makes an even better added bonus. Highly recommend this property and property manager

Girls Weekend
Extended holiday girls weekend spent exploring the Finger Lakes Region. House was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Extremely clean, enjoyed sleeping quarters being on opposite wings with kitchen being central. Hot tub was great addition to end our busy days exploring and hiking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would choose to stay here again.

Relaxing stay
My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The property was as described, and the highlights were the fire pit and the hot tub. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck enjoying our morning coffee. Communication with the owners at arrival and check-out was efficient and very easy.

1st Anniversary Getaway
This property was a great place to stay to relax and get away from normal day hussle and bussle. The location was close to both Seneca & Keuka Wine Trails which left the possibilities endless. The cottage itself with decor and ambiance gave it a real romantic stressless feel. We whole heartedly enojyed staying here and would reccomend staying here for future visits.

Nice Cottage
Everything was just as expected. The pictures are accurate and the cleanliness was immaculate. Very close to the town of Penn Yan and easy, short drives to other towns. We were mainly there to compete in a triathlon in Geneva, and it suited us perfectly. Would recommend!

Fall Fun!
We are the ‘82 Girls, six high school BFF’s & this was our second stay at Diamond Inn the Bluff, first visit was in 2016. We Love everything about the home & location! Very private but not far from activities. We LOVE the Windmill craft & flea market. The house is cozy & clean & we enjoy the hot tub as an added bonus! Finger Lakes 2019
Home was all as advertised. 3 Bedrooms were perfect for the six adults staying there . A lot of room so we were not on top of each other . Nice yard with grill, fire pit and hot tub which were very much appreciated . Nice area of NY, visited the Corning glass museum, Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake. Very highly recommended.

Cute and quaint
Morning Dove was perfect for our little getaway to the Finger Lakes. The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient for accessing various wineries and state parks. My only suggestion would be to install better lighting by the hot tub. I read previous reviews about how dark it is in the back of house. We solved the problem by bringing a camping lantern from home which worked well. We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back soon!

Comfortable stay, enjoyed the hot tub
Communication was very good, property as advertised. Very clean and comfortable for 6 people. A little disappointed that we found no information/guide listing in the home recommending local eateries, events and places to see. One criticism that the lawn crew arrived unannounced at 8:30am on Sunday. That was a little disruptive. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our teenage kids and grandparents, although not so much local activities for the kiddos when it's too cold to hit the lakes. The hot tub was a nice feature although it took a little playing around to figure out how to work the controls.

The inside was as pictured. The windows and window sills can use a cleaning (we had the windows open). The outside was TERRIBLE. Weeds all over, deck furniture dirty & rusty, deck in need of a staining, area around the hot tub was not at all inviting so we didn’t even use it. The garage and shed are dilapidated and should be knocked down or restored. The outside needs a complete makeover!!!

Late winter escape
This home was the perfect location for a short weekend adventure, especially during the late winter season. The house was comfortable, clean, cozy and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the night. The beds were super comfortable and all bedrooms were spaced out enough to have a little privacy from others staying there (I.e. kids or other couples). The kitchen was stocked with enough plates, silverware, cups, pans, etc. The overall decoration/design of the home was so cute! I do wish there was additional lighting in the backyard, but the little light was just enough. All in all, I recommend this house to anyone looking for somewhere convenient to both Seneca and Keuka lake! Super short drives to a bunch of wineries and trails between both lakes. Already planning on booking this home again in a few months to explore during the summertime!

Very Accomodating
There was a hot water issue during our stay last weekend (which does not seem to be a common occurrence looking at previous reviews). When we brought up the problem, we were quickly offered to stay at another one of the owner's properties without question or any hassle. The owner was very quick to answer any and all texts we had which made the hot water issue have minimal impact on our honeymoon weekend. Both places we stayed at were very clean and well kept. Only recommendation I would have is to add more curtains to the windows. There were curtains in areas that were necessary (ie bedroom, bathroom) but I feel more comfortable at night when curtains are drawn even in the living room, etc.

Disappointing
The house was clean inside; bathrooms are extremely small; good location for wineries but not for getting food. The outside is very poorly maintained. It is dirty, the yard is mainly mud and is very overgrown, with many tree limbs on the ground. We did not spend any time outside, except to take out my dog- which was very unpleasant, especially at night since it is so poorly lit. We did see a lawn maintenance company, but they just ran over the mud and downed tree limbs. We did not use the hot tub.

Pleasant weekend getaway
This was a rural property, but still convenient to many of the attractions in this area of the NY Finger Lakes region. Very comfortable for the two couples and dog that were on this stay. Room for at least two more, but third couple would not have not have close access to a bathroom. Would definitely consider staying here again.
