They gave an address to a building on the opposite side of the property, there are 11 buildings so they need to be more clear on instructions on exactly what building to go to and what floor. -No pool/spa access- you have to scan a badge to get into the pool/hottub area and there was no access key left in the room, which the heated pool...

"We really enjoyed this house. It was smaller than anticipated but no big deal. The tvs were small in the bedroom and the living room tv needs to be replaced. It only worked on amazon prime and if you touched the wrong button it would freeze. There was mold on the shower linens and the host replaced them very quickly. Front desk staff was friendly outside of the rqcist older guy who refused to speak to us. "

"The ONLY complaint I would have and was a surprise to us was that you unload your car and then park your vehicle back down the hill and then have to take a shuttle back to your car. You can’t just walk out and get in your car. The shuttle was quick don’t get me wrong but it was a little bit of a hassle. The place is clean, the view is awesome, it’s quiet and your literally on top of a mountain, felt safe and guarded, pool and hot tub was amazing. We had a handicap sticker for one of our vehicle...

"We stayed in the upstairs apartment and had a stunning view of the Black Mountain range from the deck as well as inside the living area. Spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the view. The apartment had everything we needed with plenty of space for the two of us. We fixed breakfast in the kitchen every morning and got takeout for several other meals. Just enjoyed our meals in this beautiful. serene setting. Hope to return some day."
