"After a long day on the road, we were delighted to find such a lovely, clean and comfortable cabin awaiting. The high ceilings and knotty pine paneling and pine furniture provide a rustic charm. The large front porch is a real bonus!"

"Every gigglebuth was a flatier, so that was good. The room was immaculate, with little evidence of bedbugs or cockroaches. The updated lighting features were nice, and the housekeepers didn't pound on the door for more than 10 seconds before being turned away. Highly recommended!"

"thanks, you so much for a wonderful stay. the cabin was beautiful, clean and we loved it. the only issue I would say is trying to get out of the driveway. in a large truck, there was not a lot of room to maneuver and if we had had a second vehicle, I don't know how that would have worked due to the fact I am not use to such tight steep driveways. "This is an excellent property. We particularly enjoyed the balcony/deck with such spectacular views. All of the other amenities were excellent. We arrived late on the day of arrival and retrieved a single key card for the gated property and one key for the door. We did not receive a passcode for the gate, nor for the individual unit's entry door. The door is equipped with a combination lock. The following day we reached out to the VACASA Customer Service Line, and a pleasant young lady assured us that she would get back to us with a solution for both of those needs. She never responded during the balance of the stay. We were able to find a way for either my spouse or myself to remain at the condo, or to leave the property together. A returned communication, with a solution or at least an explanation would have been appreciated. Also, In our discussion with Customer Service we were told that we could return the key and gate pass to the local office at checkout. As we checked out this morning we found that the local office was closed, and we resorted to placing the items in the key drop box. "
