"This holiday home is excellent for two couples with up to two children. The house is on four levels so not ideal for those struggling with stairs. It is very well equipped. The owners are very friendly and gave us a helpful walk around. The weather was mixed and the property was never too hot or cold. "Es un apartamento que esta distribuido en 4 plantas, una habitacion en la zona mas baja que huele mucho a humedad, en la planta principal cocina comedor, segunda planta otra habitacion y tercera planta la terraza. Con niños pequeños evidentemente no quieren dormir tan lejos de los padres....a esto añades que tienen unos aparatos que no echan nada de aire y hace calor agobiante. A parte los utensilios de cocina no estan nada limpios tuve que fregar todo antes de poder beber ni agua....no...

"Peniscola ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Die Burg und Altstadt, sowie auch die Atmonsphäre ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Zu Fuß ist der Strand innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In den Restaurants kann man sehr günstig essen. Wir waren davon sehr überrascht. Das Personal im Restaurand/Pool war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein Deutsch. Check-in war super. Die Wohnung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster, Türen, Rolläden, Bad gehören sarniert. "This house is absolutely beautiful and is very nicely looked after. Great location, beach nearby and shops/restaurants close by. There is a dog kennels very nearby which was quite noisy at night. The owner very kindly agreed to let us check in early to accommodate our arrival time in Vinaros BUT we would have given the house 5 stars if we hadn’t been overcharged for linen and towels.
