"Excellent. The hotel is located right in the heart of the busy district. Friendly services and helpful with advice to nearby places of interest. Have seen the stuffs at their meeting for better service improvements for their guests. Only thing is they have no interactions with international credit and debit card. You must make sure you carry enough Rmb. Would stay again if I ever come this way. "

"The hotel is reasonably priced and fairly central to our activities and we used both the restaurants on the 4th & 15th floors, enjoying the experience in both, desoite the menus being very different. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay, catching up with many relatives in the surrounding region."

"First time stay at this hotel. First impressions are always formed from the exterior followed by a hotel lobby. With Shuanglong Plaza, it's most unimpressive exterior, entrance and then the lobby gives one the unfortunate thought "Oh, oh, what al I getting myself into!". Definitely has gone past it's use by date. Check in/out was however, pleasant. We were given a room on the 9th. floor. Room was very generous, with 2 double beds, bathrobes, nice towels, slippers, TV with only 1 English...
