"Excellent. The hotel is located right in the heart of the busy district. Friendly services and helpful with advice to nearby places of interest. Have seen the stuffs at their meeting for better service improvements for their guests. Only thing is they have no interactions with international credit and debit card. "The hotel is reasonably priced and fairly central to our activities and we used both the restaurants on the 4th & 15th floors, enjoying the experience in both, desoite the menus being very different. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay, catching up with many relatives in the surrounding region."

"First time stay at this hotel. First impressions are always formed from the exterior followed by a hotel lobby. With Shuanglong Plaza, it's most unimpressive exterior, entrance and then the lobby gives one the unfortunate thought "Oh, oh, what al I getting myself into!". Definitely has gone past it's use by date. Check in/out was however, pleasant. We were given a room on the 9th. floor. Room was very generous, with 2 double beds, bathrobes, nice towels, slippers, TV with only 1 English...

"The staff was very accommodating to help an English only speaking guest. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, great pillows and comforters and the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurant served very good food.The room was a bit musty, but I think it is the nature of the moist climate and that they possibly turn off the ac when the rooms are not in use. There is great shopping within blocks of the area. I will certainly return."

"My expectation was high when I booked the hotel due to the picture of the swimming pool. The location was excellent and close to the subway station. Check-in was smooth and fast. Got a nice upgrade to a junior suite. The stay of the first few days was excellent except the very last day when I went to the swimming pool which is a non-smoking area but there were people smoking lying on the chair. However, no hotel staff enforces the rules. Also, the men's change room to enter the pool's area was not maintained well. I will stay in this hotel again but not using the swimming pool."
