"The rooms were good size with views of the city. Some rooms were smoking rooms so make sure to designate non-smoking if that is an issue. Otherwise, the facilities had a nice breakfast buffet, well known restaurant on the 5th floor famous for its dim sum and spa facilities. The staff was very helpful too. We could not have asked for more."

"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."

"Great place to stay in Foshan. Room were huge and had everything needed, also the hotel is attached to a shopping mall with Starbucks, and many other resteraunts. Also in walking distance is parks with lots to see and other shopping malls less than 5 minutes walk. "

"Ascott is one of the best amongst all serviced apartments. Top notch configuration in the rooms and facilities at the property. I stayed here twice over two week's span. One time, I even got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. In addition to a wash/dryer combo, the suite had a full kitchen with a very large fridge. Bathrooms are modern with tubs and showers. "This is a fabulous and new hotel.The room was spacious and bathroom was superb, clean and tidy at all times with a big bath tub, loved it! The pool and gym was well equipped and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional with a huge variety of choices. Jerry their concierge was spot on with all enquiries and aspects and was very friendly. Will definitely stay again "
