"Thoroughly surprised at how lovely this place was. Wasn't expecting too much for the price (I paid £53 for the room) but it was lovely! Staff were attentive and polite and couldn't help enough. Paid extra for breakfast which was great value for money as the quality of the ingredients were superb. Beds are incredibly comfy and lovely large bath sheets too! Would definitely stay again. "

"Stayed for 1 night in room c23 was on first floor in private court yard lovely spacious room with everything we needed well equipped ..shower was amazing ..right in the centre of the town everything was within walking distance ..highly recommend will definitely be staying again Staff friendly and helpful "

"Pretty, old building. Very comfortable, lovely big bath with huge rainfall showerhead and also moveabke shower. Decent sized tv, everything you could need in the room - hairdryer, fan, extra heater, duvet, extra towels, kettle, etc. Didn't use the restaurant or bar but the bar/lounge area looked lovely. "
