"Stayed over Labor Day weekend, 7 adults, a toddler, an infant and 2 dogs. Ample room to move around on main level, kitchen fully stocked (could use a cookie sheet) and every seasoning you could need. Place was clean, beds comfortable…first floor bed is slightly slanted; could use a shim on the right side. Tons of games downstairs as advertised but gets very humid and you must regularly empty the dehumidifier. No central air but each room has a standing AC unit that vents through the window. ...

The space was beautiful, with very clean bathrooms, and we loved having the pool table and wood stove downstairs—it added such a fun, cozy touch. The location is great, being close to Bushkill Falls and Delaware Water Gap, which allowed us to enjoy some amazing hikes. Watching the wildlife right on the property was a real treat. Communication with the host was quick and easy. One thing to note is that the house is pretty close...

"We enjoyed the condo. However the instructions for cleaning were not detailed. We asked at the check out and they did not know what we were supposed to do. We unmade one of the beds but left the rest with the sheets on. We put towels in the bathroom. We planned on emptying the dishwasher but it ran and ran and we had to check out. Clearer instructions would have been very helpful. Our host was very good at communicating when we called but we did not reach him when we checked our."

"Worked great. A few of us getting together for a reunionn. Good stepping off point for things around the poconos. Also good setup to hang in the house have pizza watch sports, hang out in the hot tub or sauna. Very easy check-in process. Certainly not the most upscale option but gets the job done, is clean and welcoming. Likely to come back."
