I have been reported to the front desk about my tv is not working for the first day , and no one come to service. So I come came back to the front office again to complain about the tv is not working and they promised to send someone to fix it again. We been waiting until the second morning no one showing up. End up I been in your hotel for 2 nights without the tv. I throw your company is the high quality. I request with the lady in the front office to do something about that she promised me to contact me to discuss about that and end up no one contacted me.
