"I emailed the hotel to let them know I would arrive very late in the night and they never acknowledged receipt, so it’s no surprise I had issues accessing the property. The “welcome email” I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the property’s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didn’t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...

"Excellente adresse pour profiter du Champsaur. Au grand calme à 5 minutes de saint bonnet. Le salon est magnifique et les chambres sont agréables. Accueil et attentions remarquables d’Amelie et Olivier. Nous vous conseillons de profiter des repas maison plutôt que un restaurant, suivi d’une tisane au coin du feu. "Brilliant location in a great skiing resort. Was a bit apprehensive looking at the mixed regiews but we found it excellent. Decent size apartment and very new. Everything worked and very clean. We had to get two lifts to get to the 8th floor but that was fine. Nice touch with swimming pool. Would definitely go again and 9 out of 10 for us."
