"This location was perfect for my boyfriend, our dog, and myself! There is a beautiful fenced in back yard that has a very cute fire pit. We did not use it but it was nice to sit outside in the morning and drink coffee while our dog was able to explore. The rental had everything we needed including dishware and laundry detergent. "We loved this house! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The house is in a nice neighborhood a stone’s throw from downtown Swansboro and the riverside. It’s perfect for a few adults or couples. The only drawback is one bathroom shared between the three bedrooms, but it’s at least a nice size and beautifully renovated. It was no issue for my girlfriends and I. We’ll be back!"

"We would stay here again. It is a duplex turned into 4 rentals, but it was roomy enough for 6 people and 2 dogs. The A/C was ice cold and had a separate air conditioner for each bedroom and living space. The location is great - only about 20 feet from beach access and 0.6 mile walk to shopping and food. The host responded to texts quickly. The people we met were all so nice. This is a rental and city I want to visit again. "
