"We had a great experience here - the room was spacious and well equipped with incredible views of Lake Tekapo. The skylight provided a really unique and cool view of the stars at night. The hotel is in a hill above Tekapo but is an easy walk or drive into the main town. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice! Would recommend and stay here again. "

"One of the few available accommodations in the area with actual Hotel flair and not an AirBnB. The rooms are renovated with brand new bathrooms. Everything's clean and there is free coffee, tea, milk and even port. Barker's estery for breakfast right next door is icing on the cake. "
