"I did not get the room i booked for as shown in the ad. very pleasant staff except the security guards are rude and not helpful. housekeeping is good. kitchenete not well equiped. garbage room stinks. "

"Property is walking distance to food market and Robinson’s place; close to all tourist hot spots and the Manila zoo. There was a massage spa next door to our room, which was super convenient and the owner was super sweet. Room location near small stores and the same level of the pool. So, for long-stays I’m Manila this would be a great place. The down side was at the time of our stay, the hotel was cleaning out its sewage and dumping it in to the river that runs along side the hotel, which...

"This is a great condo in a great location. It has a nice lanai to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. I would have given the check in process 5 stars but we had a minor issue, even though it was 1:30am the owner responded immediately to my email. There was a series of events that led to the check in issue, so I don’t think that would be a normal situation. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a fully furnished, well equipped condo."
