"Our group consisted of those 45-55 years old, and given that 5 of the bedrooms were suites with private baths, it suited us very well. The 'common' space upstairs was perfect for our group of 10, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The pool was a bit cold initially but the house manager bumped up the temperature (it's gas heated), and from then on it, it was perfect. The dual refrigerator was priceless, allowing all our drinks to go into the pull out, and food in the upright. The ice maker was also a great addition. We were all very happy with the comfort of the beds, sheets and towels as well. Not much time was spent watching tv, but we were impressed by the sizes of the tv's as well, for those that did watch some sports.Our trip consisted of two chef and cocktail nights at the house, which was amazing, and I highly recommend if you are staying for any decent duration (we were a week). The location was also perfect for trips downtown, the marina (whale watching, booze, snorkling tour), or even to restaurants like Sunset Monalisa. With Uber easily accessible down here, we often were back and forth. Oh, and pickleball is close!Our only feedback for improvement would be to update the wifi, especially on the main, common floor area. You for instance can't get any reception in the master bedroom, and even in the common area, or patio you would only get one bar (making streaming music a challenge).Note on the kids bunks, one bunk is toddler size. "

"It is a beautiful apartment with lovely views of the city and marina. It’s a great workout/walk to go over the hill to Pedregal Beach to see the sunset from the apartment as long as you are ok walking on hills. Getting in and out of the property is very steep and bumpy so ensure you have a low gear and/or an SUV. We enjoyed the fire pit and the swimming pool. "

"Irma at the front desk went out of her way to not just be friendly but practically helpful. The owner should be proud to have her working with his company. All staff are exceptionally friendly. La Luna restaurant was terrific and on site."

"Large family group during the holiday season. We had such an incredible stay! Home was clean, rooms were comfortable and spread out over several floors so we had plenty of space. We loved the outdoor area & honestly as the other reviews mentioned, the pictures do not do this place justice. We rented a golf cart to take trips down to the beach (not swimmable but absolutely beautiful). The host & house manager provided really helpful information prior to our visit & communicated during our stay. The Pedregal community is gorgeous and we felt super safe. Would love to return for another visit!! "

"What can i say, Bayview Villa was absolutely AMAZING! Every part of the stay at Bayview was flawless. The check in, the hosts (Juan and Irania) were so accommodating and helpful, the house was beautiful! I cannot say enough good things about this place!! We have stayed at multiple different places in Cabo but nothing compares to the Bayview Villa! We had a group of 6 guys and every one of them loved their rooms. Juan and Irania were so accommodating, helping us with transportation, food deliveries, basically anything we needed. I can't thank them enough for being such wonderful hosts!! We plan to stay there again next year as I can't imagine anything topping this place. Do Not hesitate when booking Bayview villa, you will be so impressed. There is not one bad thing i can say about the place. Just simply amazing! Thank you to Juan and Irania for showing our group such an amazing time! "

"Casa Theordoe was a beautiful property with great staff. My family of four along with 2 other families of four enjoyed this property very much for our annual holiday trip. Rodolfo, concierge, was knowledgeable and always accessible. Micheal (owner) and Rachel (assistant) were very responsive with all of my questions and concerns from booking until arrival. Their recommended chef was great and the food super yummy. The views are stunning and the accommodations very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. "
