We were late to check in but there was good communication with the representative who very kindly waited for us (for a fee for late check in after 8pm). "A beautiful property in a stunning picturesque setting. Full of character & charm, great breakfast & dinner available. Bathroom could do with updating and rooms feel very dark. Biggest drawback was our room which we booked for a family of 4 and were given a room right in the centre of the courtyard by the restaurant and the children’s bedroom was adjacent to the noisy kitchen. Needless to say it was very disturbing and loud and the hotel were not able to help or move us, which was a real shame...
