"The house and property were beautiful. The perfect winter Vermont weekend getaway we were looking for. Sledding for the kids and wood stove to keep cozy by. A couple of issues we had were two smoke detectors chirping low battery as soon as we arrived, and while the house did seem clean, there was evidence of rodent nesting in the kitchen. "both for work and pleasure i do stay at fair amount of short term rentals. This house is extremely well maintained and managed. All utilities work perfectly, everything is brand new, and it is definitely the cleanest place that we had ever stayed at. Location is also perfect. Close to bars restaurants mountains whatever you might need. "

"The house is definitely sunggled in the woods of Sugar Hill. Very peaceful. The home is clean & spacious. We did not cook there but there appeared to be plenty of pots/pans, etc. It is located about 30 minutes from Lincoln, where we visited the Ice Castles. We could not get the propane fireplace to stay lit, so hopefully John, the owner will investigate. Thank you!"

The property was beautiful with privacy and we loved watching the kids and dogs run around and play in the snow.
