"We found this hotel to be great. It's in a really good position just off the main square so everything in old town is easily walkable. We were met by a lovely young lady who helped us with our cases - our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift - but they made this very clear on booking so we weren't worried. The room was large with a great comfy bed and lovely bathroom with a great shower. We paid extra for the breakfast in the restaurant/cafe just down the road and this was good. ...

"We had booked the Salve station, paid for & confirmed but a few hours before we checked in later that evening was called and emailed by Expedia that the place was overbooked and the property owners/mgmt company had another property threy could place us in. They sent a link to thier property with pics of the rooms. It looked fine and comparable so we accepted the change. "just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally...
