"Property is in great location but rooms are outdated. Showers need upgrades Ok , for one night if have no obtions. Night person is not responsible. We requested bedding and she said housekeeping will bring it . They never come. "

"Stunning hotel with exceptional amenities. We stayed in suite which included a large living room and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff at the hotel could not be friendlier. The breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing place, beautiful chalet-style rooms. Location is fantastic. Gastronomic experience was excellent too. Service is second to none. Only downside is the train track next to the hotel, but the noise is completely fine if you keep the window closed during the night."

"We spent five relaxing nights in this hidden gem in the very well located Rossinier. In the house it felt like we were a million miles away with sensational views of the valley below, while we were in fact just a short distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. The house was very well appointed and easily accommodated our family of 10. We will most definitely return and recommend this chalet to others. The hosts were very responsive and available to answer any questions that we had."

"I stayed at the Heidi Chalet October 2 - October 3 with my husband, my parents, and two friends. It is a beautiful and well-equiped property with an incredible view. The hosts are very accommodating and always responded promptly to my messages. We were lucky to even witness the Desaple as the cows and their owners, dressed in their traditional costumes, passed directly by the front door of the chalet! What an incredible experience! "Beautiful view of lake Geneva from our room. Comfy rooms with a French aesthetic. Easy access to surrounding attractions including Chateau Chillon and Fort Chillon. Very nice restaurant as well with delicious food. I hope to return here soon to explore more of Montreux and the surrounding area. "

Excellent stay at Mona Hotel

"We loved our stay at Hotel Mona. I highly recommend to book a room with Lakeview, amazing view of lake Geneva. Our room was spacious, it had an included mini bar at no extra charge, chocolates and wine. Breakfast buffet was very good and has plenty of options, including omelette station. There's always coffee, tea, water and juice at the lobby free of charge and in the evening they bring out a Pop corn machine and candy. It also has a Jacuzzi, outdoor seating by the lake. There's laundry facilities free of charge, just ask at the reception for the key, the laundry room also has the ice maker machine and a microwave. The hotel's location couldn't be better, 5 minutes from the train station, 1 minute to the tram stop, the Freddy Mercury statue is less than 10 minutes walk by the lake, and shopping and restaurants close by. Customer service was excellent; we hope to come back to Mona Hotel."
