Breakfast is absolutely delicious too. Such is in a great location for Sidmouth and its idyllic boutique shops and the wonderful donkey sanctuary too. "

"We loved this property as the bedrooms were a good size , Craig our host was fantastic. Always on the ball and available if needed for enquiries about the local area if he could help . Onsite pool which we did-not use but if we visited again we would . Breakfasts to die for . "

"Remember that it's student accommodation. The rooms are a good size and well finished. There is a gym and a pool on the campus, but it is necessary to drive into town for restaurants. This place is perfect for a quick one-night stay."

"We stayed there for the graduation of our daughter. It was perfect location. Accommodation was nice and all really clean."

"Stayed a couple of nights at Golden Fleece whilst visiting family nearby. I'm extremely pleased to have found such a high quality establishment in the locality. My stay was extremely user-friendly in terms of check-in, check-out, breakfast. I was given the impression that everything had been well-thought through to provide guests with the highest level of customer satisfaction. I cannot think of anything in particular that fell short of expectations. I hope to return."

"Beautiful location in amazing village. Room was okay for few nights although possibly may need a bit more deep clean at some point in time as few things felt overlooked. All in all pkeased with our stay!"

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Nethleigh. I stayed in the room called The Snug, and it admirably lived up to the name. It was comfortable and very cozy. There was a small fireplace in the room with wood provided for a crackling fire, though I didn't make one. The owner had provided fresh milk in the fridge for my hot drinks, as well as a variety of teas and coffees. "Eden lodge is a beautiful property. Perfectly clean on arrival. Everything you could possibly need and the prefect place to relax. Wouldn’t hesitate another stay here!"

"It was a lovely property and very welcoming. Beautiful location and lovely owners that werevery informativeon the history of the property which i very much enjoyed listeningto. It was great to see baby cows, very peaceful and beautiful views."

"Next to Lyme Regis front beach, 1 minute walk. Walking distance to Charmouth beach walking along the beach, 50 minutes and 1.5 miles. Walking distance to Monmouth Beach, ammonite pavement, 20 minutes walk. There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. You got to book first, one hour each family/room. The services of checking in, breakfast, and so on were professional. Room was clean and quiet. The only downside is some light daints on the carpet floor, but they’re cleaned just hard to remove. This was a very minor issue. My comment is based on the sale price. So it added to the great stay experience."

"Very nicely appointed bedroom. The bathroom was very nice, clean and looked brand new. A sofa in the room meang that we could watch TV without having to sit on the bed. We had dinner at Carriages next door and this was very good quality. Lots of parking around the hotel. An excellent gym with good quality, new equipment. Overall an excellent stay even though we only stayed one night en route to the South West"
