"Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen."

"I was worried initially about staying due to some of the reviews, but I have to say my experience has been exceptional. I took my girlfriend away for her birthday and it was perfect for what I was looking for. Great price, lovely spacious room, own bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. "This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. Silvia was so helpful with setting up tours, van service and little conveniences. Strongly recommend Riad Riari"

"Stay at Villa Danda this past week and we had the most amazing stay. The property was perfect, well looked after and the view from the infinity pool was out of this world. Sunsets were stunning! The only suggestions I have is to have plastic glass ware for poolside drinks!! Thanks again for a great stress free week! "

"We spent a very comfortable week in this lovely house. Alfonso, the owner, was a great host and was always responsive and helpful. The area where the house is located seems undiscovered but very beautiful and remains unspoilt by tourists. A day trip to Rome was very easy via a nearby railway station (€6 return). We are a family of 5, with three teenage/20's sons. We enjoyed the pool and ate all of our meals on the spacious balcony. The only things that could have been better were the coffee...

"We had such a great time at Stefani’s home. We had been in Europe for 3 weeks with our 9 year old and this was the perfect place to relax for 5 days before we headed home to the states. The pool and home were spotless and we loved the location away for the crowds of Rome but close enough (30 min) drive to colosseum and all sites in Rome. Renalto was also amazing and always available. Highly recommend! We look forward to returning with more friends and family."

"Kitchen has everything you would need if you like to cook...and we do! House is spacious-House is secure with fence -gate-lights and fence and hill surrounding it. There are huge metal shutters on each door and window that must be locked and shut whenever u depart. Takes some getting used to. The house has marble floor throughout. The floor is freezing and I highly recommend a large nice area rug at least in main living room so u don't have freezing cold feet. We stayed a month- The yard is nice...

A Microwave would be useful, more racks in the oven as one is not enough. The TV needs to be sattelite connected or free view as we used an IPad to get the programmes we wanted and yes famalies will have evenings in. If possible full WiFi rather than a SIM. Lastly, seating. With the potential for sleeping 8 people a settee for 3 is not enough. Stefano however was...
