"I have stayed here the past 3 years during the end of March. I can’t say enough good things about this house. I went to HS in Msla but left MT in1994. It is so great to stay on the Clark Fork River while seeing family and friends. It is only about 12 to Uber home from downtown shenanigans. You have your own stairs down to the river, you’re close to great hikes, and close to downtown. I highly recommend staying here for any Msla area activities. "

"This was an awesome little place to stay for an overnight in Missoula! Centrally located and very easy to get to restaurants and shops downtown, and is directly across the street from the university. The property manager was responsive and let us leave our car in the driveway after checkout while we took an Uber to an event to avoid parking. Recommend! "

"Kate goes out of her way to make sure everything is just so, and the house is immaculate. The views are divine, the space and vibe is incredible. I hope to come back in the summer and just sit and watch the birds. Oh... and you HAVE to save time for the very Zenned out soak and sauna's. ( for an even more Zen experience read " the Dharma Bums, found in the library in the basement) -- This property has earned the care it gets and it's so lovely to see people having esteem and grace for the land...

"It was a nice place that served our requirements well. Comfortable beds. Despite being reasonably techy, we couldn't get the TV to connect to the wifi. There was a very reasonable request that we wash our dishes, which would have been easier if dish soap had been provided. The large dogs were friendly, but had a bad habit of jumping on the car doors and windows, and being rather insistent about joining us in the rental. Not a good rental for people freaked out by large dogs. "
