Although the pool and gym were being refurbished we had lovely rooms, the location was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Oat, who helped us with our bags and booked our cars was particularly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in Bang Saen, Thailand
Good hotel in good location. They’re under renovations but they upgraded our room to avoid noises from reconstruction. All staff is great.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My friend had booked B&B but I booked room only. I was given complimentary breakfast and also a free late checkout. Lovely experience. Bangsaen’s an interesting Thai resort. Almost all tourists are Thai - they do beach holidays very differently from Europeans 😊

The Tide Resort is located across the street from the beach which is very convenient. A 7-Eleven is just next door. There are many dining options in the neighborhood and at the hotel. The pool is very nice looking, but a little shallow for adults. Our room was a little worn down, but it had a nice view. This was a bargain for the price.

Perfect for our family
Location, location. A little dated but nothing major. Staff was awesome and would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Great place to relax had a balcony view of the pool and really like it. Over all excellent for my family. I cant upload any photos in the hotels.com app for some reason.

The Tired Resort
The Tide Resort, is the Tired Resort and needs sprucing up again. It’s getting old and tired. The staff are charming, friendly and attentive. Rooms are big. Not expensive and the swimming pool is really nice. Huge breakfast spread that gets you walking around. Apparently was full but felt a bit empty and soulless.

Hotel fits the area. Very thai and not adapted for international tourists. The are has mostly Thai tourists also. Rooms were ok but poor standard, especially for being on the mainland. Not exceptionally cheap either.
