With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen, Villa Pattaya Hill is a few minutes from Pattaya center with its many attractions, restaurants, Jomtien and Pattaya center beaches.

Housing

The villa has a very beautiful private swimming pool in the middle of an exotic garden. It is tastefully decorated. Kitchen, bathrooms, large living room, everything is ready to make your stay unforgettable.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and high speed internet.
In the kitchen you will find all the usual necessities: fridge, hotplates, water heater, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven….
The villa is fully air conditioned. The bedrooms are equipped with large beds, 4 bath towels await you.

Only the technical room of the swimming pool is not accessible. All the other rooms of the villa can be occupied as desired.

Our team will welcome you at the villa for the keys. At that time it will be possible to get help for all the steps envisaged: booking of taxis, scooters, tourist tours ...

Other remarks
On arrival beds are made, 4 towels per room are available.
Fresh drinks await you in the refrigerator (water, sodas, beers)
During your stay our team will be at your disposal 24/24 for any intervention if necessary.
Daily cleaning service is provided.
Every 4-5 days the bedding and towels are replaced.
The estate is located just off a main road where there are many good restaurants, bars (including an Irish pub), convenience stores, fresh produce markets, a bakery (fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage parlors.
To move around you can book scooters (very practical)
We also have a taxi service. Our driver will take you to your destination and collect you. You will find the prices in our general documentation which summarizes the main tourist destinations: remarkable sites, restaurants, golf courses, beaches, markets ...
To get to the airports, we recommend our own taxis since they know the addresses of the different villas.
All the information can be found in a document available in the villa.
The villa is located in a quiet residence. We therefore recommend that you respect silence in the event of a late return.
We require a security deposit of 200 euros or the equivalent in any other currency. This will be returned to you after check-out.

For your trips to and around Pattaya, we have a private taxi service. Our driver will take you to the beach, town, supermarket, restaurants or other places you want to go to and take you back to the villa.
A price for the different races is available on site.
